Living in Texas for 17 years Pete and Caroline Clarke dreamed of returning to the UK to follow their ambition of living on the waterways. Choosing a 60ft narrowboat, which was upgraded to a 42 canal line engine for rivers with bow thrusters. Every element was customised to provide the perfect layout, from the inch thick solid oak flooring and trims to the quartz worktop and slip brick fireplace. Communicating over regular video calls due to the six-hour time difference with Texas every detail was carefully crafted ready for their return to the UK. One of our regular updates even made it to a friend on the space X Mission 1 capsule while it was docked at the international space station!
